Surcharge for stay 2 person - 500 RUB (incl. breakfast)
Surcharge for stay 2 person for rooms Ost Level and West Level - 1000 RUB (incl. breakfast)
Surcharge for 3rd person (extra bed or sofa) – 1000 RUB (incl. breakfast)
Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Check-out time::	12:00
Check-in time::	14:00

The service cost early check-in / check-out:

• check-in from 08:00 - 50% of room rate
• check-in before 08:00 - 100% of room rate
• check-out until 18:00 - 50% of room rate
• check-out after 18:00 - 100% of room rate
• In the period from 15 June to 15 October, the value of early arrival/late departure - 100% of room rate

Free cancellation 1 day before arrival date. In case of refusal from the paid room booked less than 1 day prior to arrival date will be charged a penalty of 100% of the cost of one night stay.

For payment you can use credit card, Bank transfer or pay cash on arrival.
